2025 was a special year for ELMET. Despite challenging market conditions, we worked together to achieve record revenue.
At the same time, we have been working intensively on our development over the past 18 months: Our leadership training program was successfully completed in collaboration with all team leaders.
The leadership team led by Gerhard Mühlberger (Finance), Horst Binderlehner (Operations), David Gebeshuber (Sales), and Thorsten Häuser (Development) has also launched four key sub-projects to further refine our processes and workflows. These initiatives will significantly shape our future path.
And as is so often the case, development also involves change:
Harald Wallner has decided to leave ELMET on the best of terms. In recent years, he has provided important impetus—including the expansion of the dosing system product portfolio, the development of the SMARTshot i intelligent cold runner, and strong growth in parts manufacturing—and has played a decisive role in shaping the company.
This much can already be revealed: Harald Wallner will remain closely associated with ELMET. The handover process has already been organized for the coming days and weeks, and Harald is pleased to entrust his responsibilities, for the time being, to the capable leadership team and the dedicated ELMET team, with the clear goal of ensuring stability and continuity.
