ELMET technicians can access the dosing system directly via a secure remote connection whenever necessary, providing support whenever it is needed. This means no waiting times, no travel costs, no downtime – just fast, targeted help at the touch of a button.
Safety is the top priority
Remote access is only possible if the operator actively connects the SMARTsupport Hub. No connection means no access. Communication runs completely independently of the company network via a mobile data connection (eSIM/SIM). This means that customers retain full control over their systems and data at all times – without interfering with the IT infrastructure.
Maintenance and updates without effort
Software updates can be installed over the air by an ELMET technician as needed. The operator does not need to do anything – the system is automatically kept up to date without interrupting production or requiring any additional effort.
Live support during operation
Whether it's parameter changes, process settings, or questions about optimization, ELMET's experts can support the operator directly during operation. This allows processes to be designed more efficiently – without detours or downtime.
