 Tool Shop

...the heart of the company At the fully air-conditioned tool shop all essential components are produced for the extensive range of products. These include the following: liquid silicon (LSR), 2K tools (2K_LSR + thermoplastic / 2K_rubber + thermo-plastic / 2K_LSR + LSR / 2K_LSR + metal), rubber and solid silicon (HTV).
		The manufactured molds and demolding systems are subsequently automated and debugged for weeks in our application department. Only through the optimal combination of technologies the tool systems achieve productivity and consequently the specified precision with maximum efficiency.
