Our key competencies are elastomer and elastomer technology-related fields. According to the excellent quality standards, our employees have high-level expertise not only in designing and manufacturing of dosing systems (e.g. cold runner for HTV - / LSR – injection molding and 2K - molds), but also in injection molding dosing systems and further areas. Whereas we have been developing successfully injection molds for various types of elastomer and dosing systems for the smooth conveying of liquide silicone, we consequently trained our workforce especially for HTV - / LSR – injection molding, 2K injection molds as well as cold runner systems and dosing systems.
We are supporting you by developing and manufacturing injection molds (incl. cold runner for HTV or rubber projects as well as accurate 2K components injection molds) and support you with our elastomer knowledge in liquide silicone dosing pumps and liquide silicone dosing systems. Moreover, in addition to our high-quality molds for elastomers (cold runner, open or with valve gate nozzle) we produce liquide silicone dosing pumps / dosing systems. Our tool-shop solutions for injection molding systems for LSR and HTV are used worldwide. Because of growing demand for LSR – liquide injection dosing pumps and dosing systems the desire for more efficient dosing system technology rose. By using conventional dosing pumps and dosing systems waste five percent of liquide silicone was achieved and in contrast at using of our developed state-of-the-art dosing system rest-material of less 1 % can be achieved. As a result you will save a respectable amount of money by using Elmet´s liquide injection molding systems, dosing pumps and dosing systems.
