The production and coordination of fully automated injection molds and associated periphery equipment demands highly qualified employees in all areas.
To prevent the deficiency of skilled labor, ELMET invests in a massive training program, in which about 25 young employees are trained permanently in the various different professions.

The Federal Minister for Economics, family and youth, has rewarded this engagement. ELMET was honored according to the Vocational Training Act for the extraordinary achievements in the training of apprentices and in the apprentice system.  |
