As a state certified training establishment, besides a spacious machine park and modern training rooms, we offer you the possibility to continually further your education and develop your strengths.

Advanced- & further education

At ELMET a great deal of attention is placed on your further education. In the framework of the training academy you will be offered public speaking seminars and courses in English and safety.

Social competence

In the area of social competence, you can participate continuously in a variety of seminars (conflict management, addiction prevention,...). To facilitate your entrance into the organization, we invite all apprentices to a familiarization seminar.

Leisure activities

To develop teams and become acquainted, events take place constantly in the company, or you can take part in sporting activities such as ice hockey, paintball or skiing. We also offer you driving safety training with the moped and the free visit to a fitness studio.
